Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-III) 2-16/2007 (P-V) dated 10-08-2015 in connection with Notification of Regularization of Contract Educators in Punjab.
These appointments will however be subject to the fulfillment of requirements of rule 18, 19, 20, 21 and 21-A of the Punjab Civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rule 1974. While these contract employees on their regular appointment will remain on probation period in terms of Section 5 of the Punjab Civil Servants Acts 1974.

2) all SESE categories shall be placed as EST GENERAL, but at the time of promotion as SST , teachers shall be promoted separately as SST SCIENCE OR ARTS, similar in case of ESE,s.
3) transfer to other school is possible, who have completed 3 years of service at their posted school, whether they are on contract or regular.
Plz help me the contract employee who join after 19.10.2009 and before 27.10.2013. Because there is no information in this notification about these employees. Ans me miss shumaila?
mein be 2013 me b. ed me evg me Admission lya. Shah abdul latif university khairpur se affiliated college but unfortunatelly session2013 late ho gay. aur b. ed session2013 k exam abi khtm hovey.jab k hamarey roll nbr slip pe bi 2013 session likha hova hy. mujhe ye batain k mein regulize list me aa skta hon ya ni

I clarify some more points:

you said that period of regularization will start from 07-08-2015, while point (a) of TOR say that it will start from the date of start of continuous service in the same school, (That is the date of Contract appointment)
What is your Response in this regard ?????

Ni ab Science ki category ban gi hy rules main wo science hon gy mean EST Science.

Dear all contract teachers!
Some important points of the notification:
*only educators recruited in 2011 &2012 shall be regularized
*2013; 2014; 2015 educators shall not be regularized
*educators regularization period shall start from 7th August, 2015
the educators appointed on dated 17-01-2013 in phase 2 of recruitment policy 2011-2012
will be regularized because cm punjab declared the order
on 02-03-2013

Notification main probation period ka kya matlab hy?
Dear Kamran “Probation Period” here means ” Temporary Period” that will be counted in service. In this period the ACRs of the employees should be good. It is generally for a year.
