Chief Minister Office, Punjab has issued letter No. AS(D)/CMO/16/OT-47/0093740 dated 08-03-2016 in connection with Upgradation of Computer Operators and DATA Entry Operators of Punjab.
According to this letter, Chief Minister has been pleased to desire that the matter may be examined as per law/rules/policy and summary in this regard be submit to this office for his information/orders within seven days positively.

I am a member of ACP Jhelum. i work as computer operator (BS-12) in Health Department, District Officer Health Office Jhelum. I am deputed at EPI Branch. Monthly EPI Vaccination Reports me software me charhata hun. Polio Campaigns ki reporting me sham 7 say lay ker raat 11 tak beth ker online enter kerta hun pora hafta aur subha 8 bajay say 3 tak bhe office me aata hun. Measles & Dengue kay cases me online enter kerta hun. Measles campaign jo her saal me ek dafa ni to her dosray saal hoti hay us me 15 days din raat me reporting kerta hun late nite sitting kerni parti hay. is kay illawa routine work jis me letters, office orders and excel sheets per tabulated form me data compilation etc. shamil hay. kisi bhe qisam ki meeting ho with DCO, Commissioner, DG, Secretary, CM etc. to lambi lambi presentations me banata hun, and still they say kay hum kam ni kertay and humara rite ni hay upgrade honay ka……..
This is very commendable effort indeed. All the technical staff like computer operators, surveyors, sub-engineers, observers , should be upgraded like clerical staff.
Good Efforts by the Appellant who submitted his application to upgrade the pay scales of Computer operators and Data Entry operator as they work hard on initial stage of any department. it helps them to increase their efficiency to do more work with devotions.
i don’t who is ACP, Bhai Babar Bashir Sb you must move to all the government institutes to make a strong computer people alliance like APCA, Paramedics and so on. I am computer operator In Health Department. you must allgin all the computer operators to arise a strong protest. in this way we will be able to get up gradation
