Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division, Federal Employees Benevolent Fund and Group Insurance has issued Notification No. F.5-25/2016-Admn-III dated 03-01-2017 in connection with Amendment in Marriage Grant Federal Govt Employees.
According to this Notification, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Federal Government Benevolent & Group Insurance Act, 1969 (Act-II of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment/addition shall be made in the F.G Employees Benevolent & Group Insurance Act, 1972, namely:-
- In the aforesaid rules
i- In Rule 19, after sub Rule (3)c of the following proviso shall be added:
“Provided that in case of marriage taking place on or after 20th April 2016 of one orphan daughter of an employee who dies after retirement, the amount of marriage grant shall be rupees 100,000.”

madam my date of oppointment is 16 8 2004 in 14 scale as DM in fgeis rwp .i was upgraded in 2015 in 16 scale.my teneur of 5 years completed on 1st january 2016.will i be concederd for 17 scale in time scale

No, it is not, Pakistan Army have their own Fund, you cannot claim amount from FEBGIF!!
