I am here publishing the Decision of Islamabad High Court Regarding Assistance Package for the Federal Govt Employees. The same decision issued on 16-01-2017. The summary of the same is as under:
From the perusal of above referred document it crystal clear that petitioner’s husband had died on 21-10-2014, whereas, at the moment Assistance Package circulated vide Office Memorandum dated 20th October, 2014 was holding the field as in the said office Memorandum it was specifically mention that same was effective from 15-06-2013. Vide Office Memorandum dated 9th February, 205 Assistance Package-2014 was held in abeyance. Hence inference can safely be drawn that when the petitioner’s husband had died, Assistance Package-2014 was applicable and the petitioner is well entitled for the benefits mentioned in Assistance Package-2014.
With the above observation, the instant write petition stand accepted, however, keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to grant dated 20th October, 2014, to the petitioner within 30 days of receipt of instant Judgment.

This assistance package 2014 is applicable in Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Islamabad. PM & DC is semi govt.My brother had died at December 7, 2014. He was working in PM&DC, Islamabad.
Mr asad this is only for federal government employees not for punjab govt as punjab government has its own package updated from time 2 time

1)Attach Office order Of Assistance Package 2014,
2)Islamabad High Court orders And Supreme Court Orders .
3)High Light The death Date.
It is A Order Of Rem ,order For All the peoples who have A same Issue.You dont Need To worry ABout it
