Utility Store Corporation of Pakistan (PVT) has issued Notification on 28-04-2017 in connection with Upgradation Ministerial Posts Utility Store Corporation of Pakistan.
According to this Notification following posts have been upgraded with effect from 1st July 2016:

| Assistant Incharge | BPS-15 | The Existing Assistant Incharges are granted BPS-16 as one time dispensation and the same post has been declared as dying cadre | |
| Estab Assistant/Accounts/Audit Assistant | BPS-14 | BPS-15 | The existing Estab Assistant/Accounts/Audit Assistant are allowed BPS-16 as one time dispensation |
| Upper Division Clerk/Record Keeper, Jr. Accts/Audit Assistant | BPS-09 | BPS-11 | |
