The posts of store keeper and assistant store keeper are also a ministerial post as they purchase needful things for their departments they make record of purchase in books and supply the arrival as per demand of their departments and all the supply is the supply register……..why these posts are not considered as ministerial staff posts The Azad Goverment of Jammu and Kashmir had not only up graded these posts but changed their designations What i.e

Store keeper BS-7 Redesignated as Senior Clerk BS-14
