Government of Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat Establishment Division has issued Notification No. 8/13/2016-E-2 dated 11-06-2018 in connection with Claims Assistance Package Between 15-06-2013 to 09-02-2015. Detail is as under:
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject noted above and to say that the Prime Minister has been pleased to approval that the
“Claims arising during the period between 15-06-2013 and 09-02-2015, while the assistance package dated 20-10-2014 was in the field, have to be processed in accordance with the law and rights created under this package”.
The case of Assistance Package failing under the above stated decision can be submitted to Finance
Division for consideration of funds provision through re-appropriation / Supplementary grants through respective FAs.
All Ministries/Division are requested to ensure circulation of the above mentioned decisions to their attached department and sub-ordinate office under their administrative control for implementation in letter and spirit.

jis claim date mai hum bi arahy tu wo purana leter dikha rahy hai kya waja hai new claim date wala leter onke pas nahi phoncha?

My father was died during his service on 16-01-2015 i am eligible under latest Pm Assistant Package for families who die in service or not tell me please.
My brother was appointed Justice at Supreme Appellate Court GB, on contract basis for three years. After six months of his joining, he passed away. Provincial government of GB says due to un availability of any precedent , they cant process his pensionary benefits while at the same time they are not processing his case as per Prime Minister assistance package for employees who died during their service. My question is, is their any precedent that any serving judge of high court or supreme court in Pakistan died during his initial period of service(4-6 months) or the Prime Minister package assistance is applicable in his case.

What is the purpose of this memo?. Is the PM package 2013 has been revised according to PM Package 2015?. Whether those families who have drawn their claims according to P.M Assistance Package 2013 are eligible to claim the remaining amounts?
If any employee died during service and his wife (Widow) already expired his sons are age of above 25 years and daughter is married. Are the son or daughter eligible for benfit of lum sum amount?
