Project Management Unit, Expansion of FWC & CBFPW has issued letter on 17-01-2019 in connection with Extension of Contract Period of Contractees Appointed under ADP Scheme Titled “ Expansion of Family Welfare Centers and Introduction of Community Based Family Planning Workes” wef 01-01-2019 to 30-06-2019. Detail is as under:

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that P&D Department, Punjab in its 8^th meeting of PWD held on 28-12-2018 has approved the extension of gestation period of the subject Scheme w.e.f 01-01-2019 to 30-06-2019. Therefore, the period of subject Scheme shall expire on 30-06-2019.

I am further directed to convey you that the contract period of the Contracted recruited under subject ADP Scheme to be extended to be extended w.e.f 01-01-2019 to 30-06-2019 as per terms & conditions of their respective offer of appointments in the light of Contract Policy 2004 under intimation to all concerned. After the expiry of subject Scheme, the employees’ contract expired on 30-06-2019.
