I am sharing here the minutes of the 9th meeting of the Provincial Cabinet 24-04-2019 in connection with Regularization Service 03 Years Instead of 04 Years – Amendment in Regularization of Services Act 2018 and Decision No. 03 has been considered and approved. Detail is as under:
Regularization Service 03 Years Instead of 04 Years

1(3) Subject to the Act, It shall apply to all the persons employed on
contract in a department immediately before the commencement of the Act. 3(2) Subject to the Act, the contract employee who has continuously been serving as such for a period not less than four years on the commencement of the Act shall be eligible to be considered for appointment on regular basis if: | 1(3) Subject to the Act, It shall apply to all the persons employed on contract in a department who has completed three years continuous service on contract before or after the commencement of the Act. 3(2) Subject to the Act, the contract employee who has continuously been serving as such for a period not less than three years continuous service shall the eligible to be considered for appointment on regular basis if: |

Thanks for the reply. kindly update me the exact date of notification. bcz my contract period expired with in this month. this notification was useless for me after this month. please reply.
Not confirm about the exact date. However the persons whose contract is being expired i think they are not to be worried.

If a regular employee posted in the same pay scale at contract, how his pay will be fixed after regularization. Either his previously earned increments will be abolished or he will be placed at the same pay stage that was at the time of contract and the increments during contract will be his personal allowance only and his previously earned increments on regular basis will be safe?? Please guide with reference.
