Government of Sindh, Services, General Administration & Coordination Department has issued Notification on 31-07-2020 in connection with Extension Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2020 for the Employees of Sindh. The details are as under:
Extension Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2020 for the Employees of Sindh
NO.SO.CTC (SGA&CD)/2009: In continuation of this Department’s Notification of even number dated 29th July 2020, the Government of Sindh has been pleased to extend Public Holidays till Monday i.e. 3rd August 2020 on the occasion of “Eid-ul-Azha, 2020” throughout the Province of Sindh.
Earlier the Sindh Government followed the Federal and Punjab Government and declared for three holidays on Eid ul Azha 2020. Now on 31st July Sindh Government also decided to give one more holiday on Monday 3rd Aug. The Govt wants to facilitate the employees for the third day of Eid.
On 30th July 2020, Blachistan Government also decided for Four Days Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2020 for its employees. The Balochistan Government had also to revise the Notification. Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Federal Government still sustain the Notification of three (3) days Eid Holidays. Let’s see which if they too change the orders and extend holidays for one more day on 03-08-2020.
