  1. If a civil servant dies, and he has a family of 3 children and one widow. Will all the benefits go to his wife only? Or parents of deceased have shared too in these above benefits?

    Reply
  2. If a civil servant of Punjab Government in Pakistan dies after 5 years of his appointment and did not qualify for pensionary benefits can it be granted salary to the widow till the age of superannuation i.e. upto 60 years? Plz advice with rules/clarification and any court decision or precedents.
