Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Finance Department (Regulation Wing) issued a Notification Pension Increase KPK 2022 @ 15% of Net Pension. This pension increase is effective from 1^st July 2022 until further orders.

Notification Pension Increase KPK 2022

                The provincial Government pleases to sanction an increase in pension at the rate of 15% of net pension wef 01-07-2022 to all the pensioners of the province KPK.  The pensioners who will retire on or after 01-07-2022 will also get this raise in pension.

Federal Government notified 15% pension increase while Sindh Government still issued a 5% increase in pension Notification Sindh 2022.

Clarification of Ceasing to Exit Increases in Pension during Previous Years

Clarification of Ceasing to Exit Increases in Pension during Previous Years is still awaited from the Finance Department Khyber Pakhtunkhawa. In this letter, no clarification was issued in this regard. As KP Government also Revised Basic Pay Scales 2022 KPK and many allowances, the KPK Government also merged. In this way pension increases during various years also Federal Government ceased to exist. There are chances that Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Government also issue the same letter to cease to exit these increases. Otherwise, the amount of pension will be nearly 1.5 times, and leave encashment and commutation/gratuity will be nearly doubled.
