According to the letter, this is to inform you that a meeting with the representatives of the Federal Secretariat Employees Core Committee / All Government Employees Grand Alliance (AGEGA) will be held on Thursday, 10th November 2022 at 1:30 pm at Finance Division to discuss the demands of the Association.

Demands of the Employees

Federal Government Employees have many demands. The salaries of the employees are very less as compared to the prevailing dearness in the country. The government has already fulfilled the promise of Revised Pay Scales 2022, however many demands are still not fulfilled. The main demands are as under:

The employees want to increase Medical Allowance, salary, and conveyance allowance to minimum a double of the current rates. There is also pending the upgradation of many employees of various departments/ ministries/divisions.

There are chances that in the meeting on 10th Nov 2022, the employees will hear good news. The representatives of the employees are working hard for the rights of the employees and after the issue of the letter from the Finance Division, the Government also looks sincere to solving the long-standing issues/demands of the employees. Let’s wait, pray and hope for the best for the employees.
