Government of Balochistan, Finance Department issued a Notification on 21-06-2023 in connection with the Grant of Utility Allowance and House Requisition Allowance 2023.

Grant of Utility Allowance and House Requisition Allowance 2023 Prosecutor General’s Office Balochistan

The government of Balochistan Finance Department issues a letter. The letter is about the grant of allowances to all officers and officials of the Prosecutor General’s Office with immediate effect.

Comment of logistician finance department issues letter to the all-competent authorities to Grant Utility Announces, House Requisition Allowance, and Car Allowance with different rates per month to the officials of BPS-01 to BPS-17.

Beneficiaries of the Allowances

Government Balochistan has the above-mentioned allowances to all officers and officials of the Prosecutor General’s Office with immediate effect. All the employees from BPS-01 to BPS-17 Will receive a certain amount of mentioned allowances per month. The allowances will be provided subject to income tax. The allowances will be admissible to the employees on their repatriation from posting/ deputation abroad at the rate and amount which would have been admissible to them.

Rates of Utility Allowance PM

All the beneficiaries will receive the following allowances per Month

General Condition About Admissibility of Allowances

These allowances will be admissible during the period of suspension.
These allowances will be admissible during leave and the entire period of healthcare except during extraordinary leaves.
The allowances will not be treated for the purpose of calculation of pension gratuity and recovery of house rent.
The allowances will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting deputation abroad which means outside prosecutor general office with immediate effect.
