I am sharing the Balochistan Salary Increase as per the Budget Speech 2025-26. The Balochistan Government announced the Budget on 17 June 2025 and granted the following package for the Government employees and pensioners of the province:
Balochistan Salary Increase as per Budget Speech 2025-26
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22
- Pension Increase @ 7% for all the pensioners of the province
- Disparity Reduction Allowance @ 20% BPS-01 to BPS-16
- Provision of Employees’ Health Cards
- Allocation of Amount in Balochistan Pension Fund
Comparison of Salaries
This package is far better for the employees of Balochistan as compared to Sindh, KPK, and Punjab Government Employees, especially the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-16. If we look at all employees, then the salary package of the KP is the 2nd number as the KP Government announced a 15% increase in already DRA-2022 for all employees. Punjab and Sindh Governments did not grant any Disparity Reduction Allowance in the Budget 2025. The Federal Government is at the top with a 30% Disparity Reduction Allowance. Pension Comparison
If we look at the pension increase, then the Sindh Government is at the top with an 8% increase in pension for all pensioners. KPK, Balochistan, and the Federal announced a Pension increase @ 7%. While the Punjab Government announced a pension @ 5% for the pensioners.
