I am sharing the Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 Federal Notification. The Finance Division of the Government of Pakistan issued a Notification on 04-07-2025 in connection with ARA-2025 @ 10% of Basic Pay for the Federal Government Employees. The Federal Govt Employees of Pakistan will get this ARA-2025 with effect from 1st July 2025. The Finance Division has already issued the Notification DRA-2025 @ 30% to eligible Federal Employees. The details are as follows:
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 Federal Notification
As per the Notification of ARA-2025 that the Finance Division issued, Federal Government employees will get Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 as under:
ARA-2025 @ 10% of Current / Running Basic Pay of Revised Pay Scales 2022
They will get the ARA-2025 with effect from 1st July 2025
All employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 will get this Adhoc Relief Allowance-2025
All Civil employees, Contingent Paid Employees, Contract Employees, Paid out of Defence Estimates, and Armed Forces Employees will get the ARA-2025
How to Calculate ARA-2025?
The calculation of ARA-2025 is very simple. Just remove the last digit (Zero at the unit point) of the current / running Basic Pay. The result is the ARA-2025. Suppose an employee is getting Rs. 85,000/- as basic pay. The employee will get the Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 8500/- per month. Previous Announcement of ARA-2025 by Federal and Provincial Governments
All provincial Governments and the Federal Government have already announced a minimum of 10% as an Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025. The Federal Government also announced a 10% salary increase as per the Budget Speech 2025. In addition to that, the federal government also announced a Disparity Reduction Allowance 2025 @ 30% of Basic Pay, but on the Revised Pay Scales 2017. Other provincial Governments have not yet announced the DRA-2025 @ 30%. Some provincial governments did not announce DRA-2025 at all, while others at lower rates.
