Peshwar Electric Supply Company has approved the ARA, Disparity Reduction Allowance, and Pension Increase 2025, PESCO, as the Federal Government has notified. The PESCO has approved DRA 2025, ARA-2025, and Pension increase at the same rates as the Federal Government Finance Division granted to the Federal Government employees. The details are as follows:

Approval ARA, Disparity Reduction Allowance and Pension Increase 2025 PESCO as Federal
As per Notification, Resolved that, upon the request of PESCO Management and the view of the concurrence communicated to the Chief Excusive Officer, PESCO by the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) vide letter No. 5(3)-2025-C-I dated 28-7-2025. the board of directors of PESCO in its 217th meeting help on July 29, 2025 hereby accords approval for the adoption and implementation of the following three office memorandums issued by the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) in PESCO, subject to completion of all applicable codal and procedural formalities.
- Adoption of GoP Finance Division Office Memorandum NO. 1(1) Imp/2025 dated 04-07-2025 (Annex-A) regarding Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance-2025 @ 10% of running basic pay w.e.f 01-07-2025, further clarified vide Finance Division Office memorandum No, 4(3)R-/2011-P-001 dated 10-07-2025 (Annex-B).
- Adoption of GoP Finance Division Office Memorandum No.14(2)R-3/2025-148 dated 05-07-2025 (Annex-C) regarding Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance-2025 @30 % of basic pay on 30-06-2022 to the officers/officials in BPS-01-22 w.e.f 01-07-2025, who are already drawing DRA. For those employees who have been appointed on or after 01-07-2022, this allowance will be admissible on the basis of the relevant initial Basic Pay Scales of 2017.s
- Adoption of GoP Finance Division Office Memorandum No.4(1) =Reg-6/2025 dated 04-07-2025 (Annex-D), grant of Increase in Pension to Pensioners @ 7% of net pension w.e.f 01-07-2025.
It is therefore requested to please take further necessary action in light of the Board resolution under intimation to all concerned.
