I am sharing the Chart of Increase in Salary wef Dec 2025 for all Govt Employees due to the annual increment 2025. The Federal, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and AJK employees will have an annual increment with effect from 1st December 2025. The details are as follows:

The employees will have not only the Annual Increment 2025, but they will also have an increase in their following allowances:
- Adhoc Relief Allowances 2024 @ 25% and 20% Federal and Provincial (@ 30%, 25% & 22% Sindh)
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% Federal and provinces (10% and 12% for Sindh)
The employees are receiving the allowances mentioned above on their current basic pay. These allowances will also increase as their basic pay will increase due to the annual increment in 2025.

Wo Will Not get the Annual Increment 2025
The following employees will not get the annual increment in 2025:
- Those who are appointed after 1st June 2025
- Who promoted/upgraded after 1st June 2025 and did not use the Option Certificate on Promotion.
- Who has a penalty of stoppage of annual increment due to disciplinary action.
If an employee is in BPS-14 with a basic pay of 34,710 and his post is upgraded to BPS-15 in October 2025, and he opts for pay fixation after 01-12-2025, then he will receive the annual increment first, increasing his basic pay to 36,450. After that, his pay will be fixed in BPS-15, where the next stage above is 37,780. The difference between the two stages is only 1,330 (37,780 – 36,450), which is less than a full increment.
In this situation, will he be eligible for a premature increment?
Yes he is eligible for premature increment.

My appointment date is 25 Jun, please clarify I am eligible for annual increment.
If 25 June 2025 then you ll not get the annual increment 2025.
Sir i am serve as Computer Operator bps 16 and now i join Sub Inspector Bps 14 in september 2025. My total service is 3 years now i am confused as i join my new post in 28 sep 2025 and pay is protected under the rules but i am not clear about my increment is i am eligible for increment? Or if eligible which increment would be given to me 16 or 14 grade? Because my i qualify upto 6 month service in grade 16 and i have just total 3 months in new post.
This is a good question. I ll reply but it may not be 100% accurate, it is just an opinion, may be someother one may reply best.
As per my opinion, if you applied through proper channel and relieved properly, then you have to use option and get annual increment in BPS-16 and then fix your pay on 2nd dec in BPS-14. Your fixation will be just next below of BPS_14 of the pay on 1st dec in BPS-16.
If no proper channel then you just check the better department with better facilities. You ll not get the annual increment this year.
