Notification Casual Leave Rules for Government employees of Sindh

Casual leave may be granted upto twenty days in all in a calendar year and upto 15 days at one time.

Heads of Departments may, at their discretion, grant a longer period of casual leave at one time in special circumstances.

Sundays or holidays may be permitted to be prefixed or suffixed to casual leave at the discretion of the sanctioning authority. The total absence from duty should not, however, exceed 15 days, except when a longer absence is sanctioned under Rule 2.

Casual leave cannot be granted immediately before or at the end of any other kind of leave or joining time.
