I have prepared the Punjab Salary Increase Calculator 2026 for the Punjab Government employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22. The details are as follows:
KPK and Punjab Salary Increase Calculator 2026 (BPS-01 to BPS-22)
The Punjab and KPK Government has issued the Notification Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026 and other allowances on 22-07-2026. The pay and allowances are as below:
- Introduction of Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026 after merging Adhoc Relief Allowance 2025 @ 10% of 2022 Basic Pay and Adhoc Relief Allowance 2022 @ 15% of basic pay of 2017 Pay Scales.
- Grant of Increase in Conveyance Allowance (CA) @ 50% of existing CA for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22.
- Grant of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 @ 7% of basic pay of Revised Pay Scales 2026.
Thus the Punjab Government employees will get the increase of salary due to ARA-2026, CA increase and Pay Scale Revision. But in their total these increase we have to minus ARA-2022 and ARA-2025 as the Government merged these allowances into basic pay. However in most of the cases the merged amount is less than the increase basic pay due to pay scale revision 2026.
