The Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in his closing budget speech stated that the Government is introducing new Pension Reforms. In the present economic conditions of Pakistan, pension expenditure has become unsustainable. Notification of Punjab Govt Eid-ul-Azha Public Holidays 2023
Government of the Punjab, Services, and General Administration Department issued a Notification on 23-06-2023 in connection with Punjab Govt Eid-ul-Azha Public Holidays 2023. The employees and workers will get Eid Holidays Punjab with effect from 28th June 2023 to 30th June 2023 and 1st July 2023.

Applications are invited for In-Service Promotion BPS-01 to BPS-04 as Junior Clerk under 20% Quota by DEA Lahore. The Chief Executive Officer District Education Officer Lahore is accepting applications for in-service promotions as a junior clerk. All those government employees of Class -Four who have a minimum qualification of intermediates with typing speed of 25 words per minute can apply.
Amended / Revised Notification Eid-ul-Azha Holidays 2023 wef 28-06-2023
Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat issued an amended notification on 22-06-2023 in connection with Revised Notification Eid-ul-Azha 2023 Holidays wef 28 June 2023 for Federal Government employees. Now Federal Government employees will have five Eid ul Adha holidays in 2023. These holidays will start from Wednesday to Sunday. The employees will observe the holidays with effect from 28th June 2023 to 1st July 2023.
Increase Pay and Pension Budget 2023-24 KPK
As per the four monthly budget, there is a reasonable Increase in pay Salaries and Pension Budget 2023-24 KPK. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government employees will get 35% (BPS01 to BPS-16) and 30% (BPS_16 to BPS-22) as Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023. The pensioners of the KPK province will get an increase in pension @ 17.5%. These rates are as the Federal Government announced an increase in salaries as per Budget Speech 2023-24 for Federal Govt employees and pensioners.
