Decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan Regarding the Inclusion of 5 Adhoc Allowances in Pension Setting Aside the Decision of FST

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has given its decision on 7th August 2013 in connection with the Inclusion of Adhoc Allowances Reckonable towards Pension. But it is sad news for the pensioners that the SCP has given its decision against the willing of the pensioners. SCP has set aside the decision of FST dated 22nd February 2012. Notification of Minimum Pension 2013 by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Govt

Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Department has issued Notification No. No. FD (SOSR-II) 4-111/2013 dated 17-07-2013 about the Minimum Pension for the pensioners of the Govt of KPK. The earlier minimum pension for the pensioners of KPK was Rs. 3000/- and now by this notification it has been increased to Rs. 5000/- per month wef 1st July 2013.

Notification of Grant of Increase in Pension 2013 to the Civil Pensioners of FG & Armed Forces

Finance Division Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued the Notification No. F.4 (1)-Reg.6/2013-1375 dated 16-07-2013 for the increase in Pension to the Civil Pensioners of Federal Govt including Civil Pensioners of Defence Estimates as well as Retired Armed Forces Personals & Civil Armed Forces Personals wef 01-07-2013 @ 10%. of NET PENSION.

Notification of Minimum Pension from Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 5000/- PM

Govt of Pakistan Finance Div Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued Office Memorandum No. F.15(1)-Reg.6/2010-1375 dated 16th July 2013 in connection with the Minimum Pension for the Pensioners and the amount for minimum pension has been raised from Rs. 3000/- Per Month to Rs. 5000/- Per Month wef 01-07-2013 to the Civil Pensioners of the Federal Govt including civilians paid out of Defence Estimates as well as Armed Forces Personals.

Notification of Early Finalization of Pension Cases for the Employees

Govt of Pakistan Finance Division Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued Notification No. F.11 (1)-Reg.6/2013 dated 3rd May 2013 in connection with the early finalization of the pension cases for the employees who are being retired from the Govt Service. The purpose of this notification is that the employees who are being retired or retired from Govt service may not suffer any financial difficulty after their retirement.
