Govt of Punjab Finance Department has clarified the post of Senior Scale Stenographer and Personal Assistant as Gazetted vide Notification No. FD.PC.14-38/78 Pt-V dated 25th February 2013.
Punjab Govt School Education Department has issued Notification No. SO (SE-III) 2-16/2007 dated 15th February 2013, regarding grant of fixation of structure for upward Mobility of SSTs by the respective EDOs (Edu) on the basis of the working strength of SSTs on first December of each year instead of 01-09-2007.
FGEIs (C/G) Dte Rawalpindi has issued notification on 30th January 2013 regarding the promotion of FGEIs (C/G) teachers under the four tier formula. Finance Division Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued Notification regarding Grant of Premature Increment on Promotion within the same scale vide No. F.11 (30) R-2/2010-1180 dated 5th November 2012. Vide Finance Division Regulation Wing OM No. F.2 (8)R-I(1)/80 dated 17-11-1991 it was inter-alia, decided to allow next stage equal to one increment on fixation of pay in the case where a Govt servant already drawing pay in a pay scale by virtue of selection grade or otherwise holding a lower post in the pay scale is promoted to a higher post falling in the same scale.
