As you know, the Notification of the Revised Pay Scales 2015 has been issued on 07-07-2015. For the fixation of pay purpose the Chart of Pay Scales 2015 has been prepared. The summary of the same is as under:
The pay will be fixed from point to point basis i.e at the stage corresponding to that occupied by the employee above the minimum of Basic Pay Scales 2011.

Dear Mohammad Asif I have heard that the service length for pension has been reduced from 10 years to less. But not 100% sure.

I retired in PBS – 20 in June , 2005. I got an orderly allowance of Rs 2375/- and still getting same. Will it be possible for you to guide as to what should I get now as per new notification and what about the gaps, I missed from time to time. I will be grateful.

Daer Ehsan, the employees who have not been upgraded since 01-07-2010 are eligible for this allowance. The detail of amount will be soon cleared by the Department.

Dear abdul karim khan actually ARA-2011 is in frozen state and not on the running pay that is why it will be less than 35% increase.
My basic pay is 19600…kindly calculate how much increase I will get

Dear Sajjad Hussain u can amend this sheet for the Sindh Employees. U can just replace 7.5% with 10% in the formaula.

The fixation of pay is quite complex.is there any software for calculation. If not there should be it will help the office to quickly deal with the issue

I am Computer Science teacher (scale-16), teaching from 2009. My current Basic pay is 14000, if i fix Adhoc 2011 and 2012 in 14000 it becomes 17780. But in the given chart above it is 18085 for scale 16 with current basic pay 14000.
Can you explain why?
