Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited has issued Notification No. HRD/ESTB/3432-38 dated 14-09-2015 in connection with Eid-ul-Azha Bonus 2015 for LESCO Employees.
According to this Notification LESCO has approved one month basic pay as ex-gratia/Bonus to all the employees. The distribution detail is as under:
One month running basic pay to the employees of LESCO working on regular basis.
65% of lump sum pay package to the employees hired on market based salary on contract.
One month basic pay to the contract employees of LESCO working against regular posts.
One month pay to all daily wages employees. This pay will be calculated on the basis of working days of previous month.
65% of lump sum pay package to the employees working in Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited on the 3rd party hiring basis.
