Government of the Punjab, School Education Department has issued Notification on 21-11-2019 in connection with Holiday on 22nd November 2019 due to smog. Following district’s education will remain close on Friday:
- Lahore
- Faisalabad
- Gujranwala
Notification of Holiday on 22nd November 2019
In wake of dense smog, the public and private schools operating within territorial limits of the Faisalabad, Lahore and Gujranwala districts will remain closed on 22nd November 2019. The School Education department decided so due to the increasing smog in these districts. To save the school children from any decease or bad effects of the smog department has decided to keep the educational institutions off on Friday 22-11-2019. It is added here that Punjab Government School Education has already announced two days holiday for 15 to 16 Nov 2019 and now again declared holiday.
