I am directed to refer you Department’s letter No. SOH-III/10-4/2021/LHWs/Service Structure) dated 02-12-2021 on the subject noted above and to state that, in pursuance of approval of the competent authority (Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) on a summary, Finance Department KPK agrees to upgrade the following posts of Lady Health Worker Program (LHWP) with immediate effect in Health Department;
