Office of the Accountant general Sindh issued a letter on 31-08-2022 in connection with Refund of Salaries Deducted on Account of Flood Relief Fund Sindh. The salary so deducted, the accounts offices will adjust in Sep 2022 pay bill. These orders are for only the Sindh High Court and its benches and related courts. The details are as under:
Refund of Salaries Deducted on Account of Flood Relief Fund
Kindly refer to the Finance Department, Government of Sindh letters No.FD(SR-1)01(02)/2022 dated 24-08-2022, & No.FD(SR-1)01(02)/2022 dated: 26-08-2022, regarding the establishment of Sindh Flood Relief Fund.
It is informed that deduction of salary on account of the Sindh Flood Relief Fund from the net salaries of the Sindh Government has already been made in the payroll for the month of August 2022, well before the issuance of the exemption letter in favor of staff of Sindh High Court & Its benches and circuit Courts, Judicial Officers and staff of District & Civil Courts of Sindh. However, these deductions will be adjusted in the payrolls for the month of September 2022 accordingly.
During the month of August 2022, the Accounts Offices deducted the salaries of the employees of the Sindh province. The purpose of the same was Sindh Flood Relief Fund. Now the accounts offices will adjust these deducted salaries in the pay bill for September 2022. These are only for the employees of Sindh High Court, its benches and circuit courts, judicial officers, and staff of D&CC of Sindh.
