School Education Department writes letters to all Chief Executives Officers. In which SED issues the data regarding tentative polling Stations, no. Of polling booths and Polling Staff at District Level and figures. Here are the details:-
Statement of ECP on General Elections
ECP issues a Statement showing the tentative number of Polling Stations, number or Polling booths, number of Polling staff to organize and conduct General Elections, in 2023. The statement shows tentative no. of Polling Stations, Polling Booths, and Polling Staff districts wise as well as overall in Punjab. The details of the letter of SED and Data as per ECP’s statement are given here.

Instructions for DEA by School Education Department
SED shares the statement with all DEAs. SED directs them to go through details and figures of Polling Stations etc. Of their district after liaison with concerned authorities of the Election Commission, lists of required staff complete in all respects, may be submitted to the quarter concerned for performing duties in General Elections 2023 at the earliest. The updated data of teachers is already available on the REAL TIME SYSTEM (SIS).
In Case of Difficulty
In case, of any difficulty, the DEAs can contact Focal Person SIS/ HRMIS Rana Abdul Qayyum Khan, DPI (EE) Punjab. The School Education Department requests to treat the letter on a top priority basis. The concerned authorities should also ensure the completion of the Task vigilantly and efficiently.
