Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Food Security & Research Department of Plant Protection issued an Office Order on 02-03-2023 in connection with Upgradation LDC and UDC by Name Notification Plant Protection Department. According to the Notification, the Department has upgraded the post of Upper Division Clerk from BPS-11 to BPS-13. The department has also upgraded the post of Lower Division Clerk from BPS-09 to BPS-11. The details are as under:

There is good news for LDCs and UDCs. The Ministry of National Food Security & Research issues order for the up-gradation of LDCs and UDCs. They get up-gradation from lower scale to higher scale. The Lower Division Clerk gets an upgradation from BPS-09 to BPS-11. Similarly,  the Upper Division Clerk jumps up from BPS-11 to BPS-13. The details of the employees are available here.

Pay of Incumbents on Up-gradation

 

All these UDC and LDc will get premature increment on upgradation of their pay scales. The Accounts Section is responsible for fixing the pay of incumbents on up-gradation. Hence, the Accounts Section will fix the pay for these incumbents through DGPR, Karachi. All these employees will get the next above as well as a pre-mature increment.
