There are available the following new jobs in ECP:

1. Procurement Specialists
2. Director Law

Candidates must have experience in the relevant seat. They must have basic knowledge of the information technology computer and have report writing skills. In addition to it candidate may have excellent knowledge of the public procurement rules and regulations of PPRA.  Individuals with excellent command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with government structures operations and procedures are preferable for the post of procurement specialist.

ECP wants an advocate of the High Court with a minimum of 10 years of experience for the post of director of law. The candidate must have well-versed in constitutional law election laws and procedural law.

Job Description and Procurement Specialist

1. The candidate is liable for the planning management implementation of the overall procurement strategies.
2. Candidate must be liable to provide technical Guidance.
3. Candidate must be able to maximize the efficiency of the procurement cycle.
4. He must have the capabilities to perform any other duties on orders of an Immediate supervisor or senior management.
5. He must be able to respond adequately and timely to audit queries.
6. He must be able to resolve the potential problems with the implementation of procurement of goods and services to ECP.
7. A must-have capability to comply with the monitoring system of fraud procurement and ensure the completion of the process.
8. He must be able to design and update and facilitate the management of the overall procurement and inventory management records and filing system.
9. He must be strategic in device management for internal bid evaluation reports for the award of contracts for goods and services.
