Procedure to submit the application

1. All the candidates are required to fill “ online job application form” and deposit a challan/slip of RS 800/- (rupees eight hundred only) from nts.org.pk fee of Rs 800- may be deposited via 1 link 1 bill participation banks / ATM/internet banking / mobile banking / easy paisa/jazz cash / TCS express counter. after filing the online job application along with copies of testimonials, character certificate, domicile / PRC, CNIC four recent passport size photographs, and original bank deposit slip at the following address, “plot” # 96, street # 4, sector H-8/1 Islamabad” tel 051-84444441. The last date of submission of the application is 05-03-3034
2. Incomplete application(S) will not be entertained
3. No application shall be received by hand
4. Applications received in any manner after the due date will not be considered.
5. Candidates(s) applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.
6. 05% quota reserved for candidates with disabilities.
7. 20% quota reserved for children of deceases/retired/serving employees of judicial district Malir for the post mentioned at serial no 03
8. Candidate(s) applying against reserved quota should specify in the application form.
9. Disabled candidates(s) must provide disability certificate issued by the civil surgeon / medical superintendent civil hospital
10. Government servants should apply through the proper channel.
11. The overage candidates if qualified for the test/interview and selected for appointment based on experience qualification and skills, the individual cases of successful candidates would be submitted to the honorable chief justice for relaxation in their upper age limit and approval.
12. All the candidates shall mention their cell/contact number for further communication.
13. For the posts mentioned at serial no 1 & 2, the candidates who obtain 50% marks in the initial test shall be called for skill/typing test and interview
14. For the post mentioned at serial no 3, the candidates who obtain 40 % marks in the initial test shall be called for an interview
15. The dates of the written test/interview and results of candidates will be announced by National Testing Services-Pakistan on their aforementioned official website(s)
16. The candidates at the time of interview should bring their original documents
17. The decision of the selection committee shall be final
18. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
