i. Overall Experience of at least 30 years working in the water resources / hydropower sector of Pakistan.
ii. Vast experience of working as Team Leader / Manager on the Construction of the Mega Hydropower Project .
iii. Experience of working on at least 01 World Bank-funded project.
iv. Professional expertise in Construction Planning & Management, Contract Management, and resolving Social & Resettlement issues relating to a hydropower project.
2.
Advisor (Project) Northern Areas
Masters in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University.
i. At least 20 years relevant experience of working on Mega Hydropower Projects / Insfrasture Development Projects / International Donor Funded Projects, Ministries, Provincial / District Administration/
ii. Management / Executive Post on Hydro Power Project of Northern Area.

Advisor HR & Logistics
MBA (HR) / MPA from HEC recognized University.
i. Vast Experience in Public Sector Organizations / Pakistan Armed Forces with a minimum 05 years in BPS-20 or equivalent
ii. Experience in Managing HR Affairs.

Advisor / Consultant on Geo-Tech Engineering (DEOP)
M.Sc in Civil Engineering from any HEC recognized University with specialization in Geo-Tech.
Preference will be given to the candidates processing PhD qualification
i. Minimum 20 years relevant experience of working in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous bodies etc. with specific milestones achieved in the field of Geo-Tech.

i. Participation / exposure in sports at international / National level.
