Government of the Punjab Higher Education Department issued a Notification on 18-04-2025 in connection with Exemption of IT Teachers from Exam Duties in HSSC 1st Annual Exams 2025. The details are as follows:

Apropos of the subject cited above.
As per the Notification, I have instructtions to direct to inform that limited number of IT teachers i.e. EST (Computer Science), SST (Computer Science / IT) and Subject Specialist (Computer Science) are imparting education in Public Sector Schools / Institutions and due to their engagements in examination duties the academic work is compromised. Since, the academic activities are on full swing and because of the limited number of IT teachers in Public Sector Schools / Institutions it has been desired that IT teachers may not be engaged/replaced in HSSC 1st Annual Examination, 2025 (Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent etc.) as far as possible in the best interest of the students.
I have further directions to request you to kindly take further necessary actions, accordingly.
