The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Govt. of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of “Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Program”, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments for the following “Individual Consultant Services” to be engaged under “Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Program” funded by World Bank.

Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) for Benazir Income Support Jobs

A consultant shall be selected by the method contained in Paragraphs 7.36 and 7.37 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 [Revised November 2017 and August 2018] (Procurement Regulations), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
