Finance Department, Azad Jammu & Kashmir issued a Notification on 21-07-2025 in connection with Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA) 2025 @ 30% AJK employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22. The details are as follows:

 

Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA) 2025 @ 30% AJK

 

The President, Azad Jammi, and Kashmir have been pleased to accord approval for grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance @ 30% of Basic Pay as 20-06-2022 w.e.f 1^st July 2025 to the Officers/officials in BPS-01 to BPS-22 who are already drawing DRA on the same terms and conditions provided under Office Memorandum No. FDR/14748-14848/2022 dated 16-08-2022/

For those employees who have been appointed on or after 01-07-2022, this allowance will be admissible on the basis of the relevant initial Basis Pay Scale of 2017.
