Finance Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued Notifications on 08-07-2025 in connection with Revised Risk Allowance 2025 Rescue 1122 KPK. These allowances are for the following KP Government Employees of the Department of Rescue 1122 Emergency Services:

 

• BPS-03 to BPS-16 Employees
• BPS-17 to BPS-20 Empoyees

 

KPK Revises Risk Allowance for Rescue 1122 Employees

 

No. FD (SOSR-IV)/3-21/2025/Risk Allowance Rescue 1122: In pursuance of the decision of the Provincial Cabinet in its special meeting held on 13.06.2025 and in supersession of all previous notifications regarding Risk Allowance to the field employees (BPS-03 to BPS-16) of Rescue 1122 Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department; the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to revise and fix Risk Allowance Rescue 1122 @ 100% of the Initial Basic Pay 2017, w.e.f. 1st July, 2025.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

The above allowance will be admissible subject to the following conditions:

 

1. It will be subject to Income Tax.
2. It will not be counted towards pension and commutation/gratuity.
3. It will be admissible to employees on Special Duty (OSD), however, the same will not be admissible to employees who are on Extraordinary Leave (EOL) or Suspension, or Earned Leave beyond more than 120 days.
4. The officers of other cadres working against the Rescue Cadre posts are not entitled to the above allowance.
5. Officers employed on a pay package other than National Pay Scale (Contract, market-based salary scale, etc.) are not entitled to this allowance.

5. The Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
6. The Principal Secretary to Governor, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
7. All the Administrative Secretaries to Govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the request to circulate the same with their respective attached department/formations.
8. All Divisional Commissioners in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
9. The Secretary, Provincial Assembly, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
10. The Registrar, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar.
11. All the District and Session Judges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
12. All Head of Attached Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
13. All Deputy Commissioners, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
14. All District Accounts Officers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
15. PSO to Chief Secretary, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
16. PS to Advisor to Chief Minister on Finance, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
17. The Director –FMIU, Finance Department, with the request to upload the same on FD’s Website.
18. The Manager Government Printing Press, Peshawar

Notification for BPS-17 to BPS-20 Employees

 

In pursuance of the decision of the Provincial Cabinet in its special meeting held on 13.06.2025 and in supersession of all previous notifications regarding Incentive Allowance to the Officers of Rescue 1122 (BPS-17 to BPS-20) of Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to revise and fix @ 100% of the Initial Basic Pay 2017 w.e.f. 1st July, 2025.

 

The above allowance will be admissible subject to the following conditions

 

1. It will be subject to Income Tax.
2. It will not be counted towards pension and commutation/gratuity.
3. It will be admissible to officers on Special Duty (OSD); however, the same will not be admissible to officers who are on Extraordinary Leave (EOL) or Suspension or on Earned Leave beyond more than 120 days.
