Office of the Controller General of Accounts, Islamabad, issued a Notification on 21-07-2025 in connection with the Agreement for Pensioners’ Proof of Life and Family Registration Certificate 2025. The details are as follows:
Agreement for Pensioners’ Proof of Life and Family Registration Certificate 2025
The Office of the Controller General of Accounts, Directorate General MIS/Fabs, Islamabad, CGA Complex, FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, issued a letter on 21st July 2025. As per the letter:
The undersigned is directed to convey that NADRA has furnished signed copies of the agreements related to the Proof of Life Certificate (POLC) and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) for the provision of pensioners’ biometric verification, facial recognition, and fallback mechanisms through the Pak-ID Mobile App and NADRA Centers.
It is further informed that the CGA-FRC interface is now live and in production. Accountant Generals and DGPRs are, therefore, requested to direct their respective teams to initiate FRC verification accordingly.
