Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO), a newly established public sector company under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, is responsible for the supply and distribution of electricity across eight districts of the Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Company is currently focused on strengthening its human resource base and enhancing its operational capacity.

Maximum Age Limit for all positions is 35 years.

All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, such candidates will have to print ETEA’s Attested Fee Voucher and visit the nearest ETEA office or NADRA E-Sahulat Franchisee (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by the ETEA.

These posts are purely on a contract basis for a period of two years, extendable as per HAZECO Policy on Contract Employment.

Candidates found with false/forged documents will be disqualified, and their candidature will be cancelled at any stage. HAZECO reserves the right to withdraw any post or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

Candidates serving in Government / Semi-Government departments should apply through the proper channel after obtaining an NOC.

HAZECO reserves the right to increase/decrease or cancel any of the advertised posts.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

Candidates must bring their original CNIC, domicile certificate, and two passport-size photographs at the time of the interview.

HAZECO will not be responsible for any postal delays.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
How to Apply

Interested candidates are required to visit the ETEA Website for submission of their online application for the desired position(s).

After successful submission of the online application, a prescheduled online deposit slip (having token number, project code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.

Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app or Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank’s desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

After submitting the online application, candidates should not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. However, candidates who qualify the screening test will be required to provide copies of the same when requested by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for verification purposes.

Candidates will be informed through SMS / ETEA to download and print their Roll No Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

Candidates are required to bring their original documents at the time of the interview.

No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal / courier means.
