The Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department, issued the latest notification regarding the Grant of Ex-Pakistan Leave. This directive, signed by the Section Officer (Services-I), instructs all Administrative Secretaries and Deputy Commissioners that future leave applications must be submitted one month prior to the commencement of the leave.
Punjab S&GAD Issues New Directives for Ex-Pakistan Leave

Grant Of Ex-Pakistan Leave.
In continuation of this department’s letter of even No. dated 14.07.2025, it is once again intimated that the Competent Authority / Chief Minister, Punjab, has been pleased to direct that in future Administrative Departments shall submit ex-Pakistan leave cases for her approval, one month prior to the commencement of the leave. It has been further directed that the officers shall finalize their itinerary after the approval of their leave.
