Notification Eid ul Fitr Holidays 2026 Pakistan

Cabinet Division issued the latest notification on 15th March, 2026, in connection with Eid-ul-Fitr public holidays 2026 in Pakistan. The notification states that 20th and 21st March, 2026, have been declared public holidays for offices observing both five and six days’ working weeks.

Notification for Eid-ul-Fitr Public Holidays 2026 in Pakistan

In continuation of Cabinet Division’s circular F. No. 10-1/2025-Min-II, dated 19th January, 2026 specifying public and optional holidays for the year 2026, the Prime Minister has been pleased to declare 20th and 21st March, 2026 (Friday and Saturday) as public holidays on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, both for offices observing five (5) and six (6) days’ working weeks.

This notification is for wide publicity through print and electronic media.
