The Ministry of Finance issued a Notification on 21-07-2026 regarding the Grant Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA) 2026 at 15% for Federal Government employees. This DRA-2026 will be effective from 1st July 2026 for eligible employees, but employees who are getting 100% or more special allowances are not eligible for this allowance. The details are as follows:

Finance Ministry issued an Office Memorandum regarding DRA-2026 to the Federal Govt employees of BPS-01 to BPS-22 who are not getting any Special Allowance equal to or more than 100%.
History of DRA
These employees were already getting the following Disparity Reduction Allowances:

Now the Federal Government has again granted a 15% DRA-2026 Federal, thus a total of 85% DRA has been granted to the Federal Govt employees. In this way, they will get 15% more DRA soon to reach a 100% Disparity Reduction Allowance.
