Government of the Punjab Finance Department issued a Notification on 22-07-2026 in connection with Revised Pay Scales Punjab 2026, ARA and Conveyance Allowance, Special CA. These new pay and allowances for the Punjab Government employees are effective from 1st July 2026. The details are as follows:
Revised Pay Scales Punjab 2026, ARA and Conveyance Allowance
- Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026 after merging 2 adhoc relief allowances
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 Punjab @ 7%
- Conveyance Allowance Increase Punjab @ 50% of Existing CA
- Increase in Special Conveyance Allowance 2026

How Much Salary Increase 2026 Punjab Govt Employees?
The Punjab Government employees will have same pay and allowances as federal Government employees except DRA-2026. They can use this Salary Increase Calculator 2026 to calculate their pay and allowances increase. However they should enter in DRA-2022 to get all details.
Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026 Punjab
The following Adhoc Relief Allowances have been merged into basic pay:
- ARA-2022 @ 15%
- ARA-2025 @ 10%
Annual Increment
The Punjab Government has also increased the rates of annual increment. They will have more Annual Increment every year.
Freezing of ARAs
The following adhoc relief allowances have been freezed:
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2023
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2024
The new entrants will get ARA-2023 and 2024 on the initial of the 2022 pay scales.
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026
The Punjab Government employees will get ARA-2026 @ 7% of new basic pay of 2026 Pay Scales.
Conveyance Allowance 2026
The new rates of CA with effect from 1st July 2026 are as under same as the Revised Rates of Conveyance Allowance 2026 Federal:
