Government of Sindh, Finance Department issued a Notification on 22-07-2026 in connection with Revised Basic Pay Scales Sindh 2026, ARA-2026, Personal Allowance for BPS-01 to BPS-02 employees. The details are as follows:
Revised Basic Pay Scales Sindh 2026, ARA-2026
The Sindh Government has granted the following pay and allowances to SIndh Govt employees wef 1st July 2026:
- Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 @ 7%
- Personal Allowance for BPS-01 to BPS-02
Revised Basic Pay Scales 2026
The Sindh Government has introduced Revised Pay Scales 2026 after merging ARA-2022 @ 15% and ARA-2025 @ 10%. They will follow the Federal Government Basic Pay Scales 2026 and same Pay Scale Chart 2026 as the Federal Government.
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 @ 7%
The Sindh Government employees will also have an Adhoc Relief Allowance 2026 @ 7% of new basic pay of 2026 pay scales.
Personal Allowance 2026
The Personal Allowance has also been increased as under:

Why there is an option in para 10 to opt new SCHEME OF BASIC PAY SCALE 2026. what it meant? PLEASE
Option means an employee can get pay as per old pay scales too and hence will also get pension as per old pay scales.
