Step by Step Details
Existing BPS No
The employee will enter his current Basic pay Scale No before upgradation/promotion/Time Scale.
New BPS No
The employee will have to enter the new pay scale no in which the employee promoted/upgraded or granted time scale.
Personal Pay (PP)
If the employee has already getting salary beyond his last salary stage in the shape of PP, he will also write his PP in this column. If no PP then keep it blank.
Reason of Fixation
The employee will have to select one option of fixation due to Promotion, Upgradation or Time Scale. This Pay Fixation Calculator on Time Scale , Promotion and Upgradation.
Date of Promotion
The employee has to enter from which date the employee has been promoted, granted time scale or his scale upgraded.
Premature Increment on Upgradation
This column is also important in case of upgradation of the post. Federal Government grants premature increment on upgradation of the post. There are some other provinces that grants the same premature increment on upgradation. However a few provinces don’t allow premature increment on up-gradation.
