Clarification Admissibility of Full ARAs and Other Allowances During Half Pay Leave

I am sharing the details of the Admissibility of Full ARAs and Other Allowances During Leave on Half Pay. It is often confusing for many employees whether they will get pay and allowances @ half rates while they are on half-pay leave. It is to clarify that the employees on HPL will get only half basic pay and not the allowances. Only they will not get the Conveyance Allowance during any kind of earned leave. There is a Notification of the Finance Division that explains whether employees are entitled to receive the full amount of ad hoc relief allowance during half-pay leave.
