Notifications

School Education Department Punjab issued a Notification on 19-11-2024 in connection with Opening Schools Lahore and Multan Division wef 20 Nov 2024. The HED canceled holidays throughout the province. In various districts of Punjab, schools and colleges have opened on 19 Nov 2024. Only Multan and Lahore Division schools remained closed but due to the better weather conditions now School Education Department decided to open the schools and colleges.

Schools Education Department and Higher Education Department has announced for Opening of Schools and Colleges wef 19 Nov 2024 All Punjab Except Multan & Lahore.  All Universities will also resume their classes with effect from 19^th Nov 2024. The details are as follows:

Government of the Punjab Higher Education Department issued a Notification on 15-11-2024 in connection with Closing / Holidays in Universities and Colleges by HED in Lahore / Multan till 24 Nov 2024. The HED Punjab issued the Notification No.  SO (G) MISC/2024 Dated Lahore, the 15^th November 2024. Before this, the School Education Department Punjab issued the Notification Extension holidays in Schools/Colleges till 24-11-2024. Now, the HED Punjab also issued the Notification for Universities and Colleges in Multan and Lahore. The details are as follows.

Government of the Punjab School Education Department issued a Notification on 15-11-2024 in connection with Extension Holidays in Schools and Colleges Punjab upto 24-11-2024. This SED issued a Notification for Schools and Higher Secondary Schools closing. Previous SED Punja issued a Notification for Holidays in Schools and Colleges on 13 Nov 2024. These holidays were till 17th Nov 2024. The schools/colleges will remain closed from 18 Nov 2024 till 24 Nov 2024. Now, this letter has been issued for the extension. The details are as follows:

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a Notification on 06-11-2024 in connection with Holidays in Punjab Govt and Private Colleges wef 7^th Nov 2024 (4 Divisions). Due to the prevailing smog situation, the Punjab Government decided to close Government and Private Schools.
