Happy News- NBP Enhanced Advance Salary Loan for Employees

National Bank of Pakistan has enhanced the Advance Salary Loan for Government, Semi Government Employees. This enhanced facility is for the employees of BPS-17 and above, however the lower scale employees are already availing the facility of Advance Salary up to 490,000/-. Earlier this facility of Rs. 490,000/- was for all the employees, now this facility has been enhanced up to 1,000,000/- for the employees of BPS-17 and above.

Notification Grant of Premature Increment on Promotion within the Same Scale

Finance Division Regulation Wing Islamabad has issued Notification regarding Grant of Premature Increment on Promotion within the same scale vide No. F.11 (30) R-2/2010-1180 dated 5th November 2012. Vide Finance Division Regulation Wing OM No. F.2 (8)R-I(1)/80 dated 17-11-1991 it was inter-alia, decided to allow next stage equal to one increment on fixation of pay in the case where a Govt servant already drawing pay in a pay scale by virtue of selection grade or otherwise holding a lower post in the pay scale is promoted to a higher post falling in the same scale.

Notification of Special Allowance for Rescue 1122 issued by Punjab Govt

Punjab Govt has issued Special Allowance for the employees of Rescue 1122 vide Notification No. SO(CD)5-R-63/2012 dated 31st  October 2012. This 15 days Fixed Daily allowance will be admissible on the following conditions:

a-     Special Allowance admissible @ basic pay will be allowed @ the rate of initial of basic pay scales 2008 on the analogy of Police Department.

How to Maintain Cash Book?

A Cash Book is a ledger that is used to keep the record of income and expenditure. Usually the cash book of FGEIs (C/G) schools and many other departments is maintained month wise. Each page is for one month. On the left side incomes during the month are shown while the right side is for expenditures during the same month. I have made the maintenance of Cash Book easy with the help of excel sheet. All the formulas have been put there.
