Finance Division Regulation Wing, Islamabadhas finally issued the revised notification of revised conveyance allowance vide Notification No. F.3 (1)-R.5/2010- dated 5th Sep 2012 for the employees of BPS-01 to BPS-15. Appointment of 22,000 Arts Educators in Punjab Schools
The Govt of Punjab has decided to appoint 22,000 School Educators to teach the arts subjects in Punjab Schools. The advertisement of these vacancies will be made during the last week of September 2012. This decision is made to overcome the shortage of Arts School Teachers in the Punjab Provincial Schools. Initially 22,000 school educators will be appointed on contract basis in all the districts of Punjab Province.

Leaves Rules for Federal and Provincial Govt Employees

Notification of Revision of Daily Allowance
The Daily Allowance for the Federal Govt Employees has been revised wef 01-08-2012 vide Finance Division Regulation Wing O.M No.F.8 (1) R-10/2011-318 dated 17th August 2012. It is also noticeable that the rates of Accommodation Charges will be admissible at the rate of 2 times of the daily allowance at that places where no hotel accommodation receipt is not produced.
Promotion of SSTs of Punjab Schools in BPS-17
The departmental promotional committee of Punjab Education has promoted 500 SSTs of Punjab Schools from BPS-16 to BPS-17. There were 800 teachers in the list to be promoted and 500 out of these have been promoted. This is one of the highest numbers of promotion list in the history of Punjab Schools. Now the deficiency of Headmasters in various schools of Punjab will overcome with this promotion.
