The Federal Govt has lifted the ban on recruitment. Now the Govt has decided to recruit on 30,000 vacant posts in various Federal Govt Departments. There recruitments will be made in the Ministry of Railway, Interior Ministry, Ministry of Industry & Production, Benazir Income Support Programme and many other departments.
Age Limit Relaxation Rules
Age Relaxation Rules for the Initial appointment to Civil Posts has been mentioned here with detail. These rules are according to the 1993 relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules Vide Islamabad, the 4th November, 1993. S.R.O. 1079(I)/93. These Rules will not be applicable for the appointment to the posts in BPS-17 to be filled through C.S.S. Competitive Examination. In pursuance of rule 12 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973, the President is pleased to make the following rules, namely:-
Govt has Lifted Ban on Appointments on Vacant Posts
Federal Govt has decided to lift ban on appointments on vacant posts in various Federal Govt departments and divisions. The Ministry of Finance has demanded the list of vacant posts in various departments and divisions up to 25th September 2012. The Govt wants to fill all the vacant posts in all the departments before the up-coming election 2013. There are so many vacant posts lying in various Govt departments. There are about 2100 vacant posts in the department of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), 250 vacant posts in Department of National Savings, more than 600 vacant posts under the ministry of Religious Affairs, In Industry and Utility Store Corporation there are more than 4000 vacant posts.
Vacancies at Pakistan Railways Police
Pakistan Railways Police has announced various police jobs (Male and Female) all over Pakistan. The printed application forms can be obtained from the nearest main Railway Stations or the interested candidates can send their application on simple paper. Last date of receiving application forms is 5th October 2012. The Govt employees submit their applications through proper channel. Up-gradation of Assistant & Assistant Incharge
The case of up-gradation of Assistants is still under process in the honourable Islamabad High Court. The honourable Islamabad High Court has already given its decision for the upgradation of the post of Assistant from BPS-14 to BPS-16 and in the same way Assistant Incharge from BPS-15 to BPS- 16 on April 2011 but the case was lingered on by the Finance Div Pakistan. Over Time Allowance to Staff Car Drivers and Dispatch Riders
The Federal Govt has increased the rates of Over-Time Allowance to Staff Car Drivers and Dispatch Riders wef 01-08-2012. Vide Notification No. F.4 (1) R-5 /2010 dated 9th August 2012. Over time allowance for Staff Car Drivers and Dispatch Riders will be Rs. 25/- per hour instead of Rs. 20/- per hour subject to a maximum limit Rs. 150/- per day.
